High quality ceramic coated high-end, high power GY6 engine 152qmi and 157qmj Big Bore Cylinder Tuning "forextreme160 cc with high compresion piston inluded produced for forextreme in Taiwan in the highest quality level.

The GY6 big bore 160cc high compression performance cylinders are fully Plug and Play ready and fit into any GY6 engine housing ( GY6 152QMI and 157QMJ engine). The piston of this version is a specially designed pistons for maximum performance with high compression design.

The liners are extremely tough, designed for heavy loads and durability.

The ceramic coating, the material properties and the most stable liner made of a special alloy provide a possible life-long cylinder.

Of course, the cylinder and carefully installed the carburetor jets are matched to the cylinder. With this high performance cylinder kit are available.

By 1mm height and high compression piston decreased by more compression, including piston set for high performance. This cylinder kit brings a much more significant performance than the standard cylinder kits same displacement class.

Installation Notes

The original camshaft is sufficient for this kit. A carburetor adjustment is - as with every cylinder change - mandatory. If the main jet is too small otherwise the engine overheated. If the engine in the mid range is making noises either the main jet is too small or the mixture set too lean. We recommend this because of the high compression cylinder a slightly oily carburetor adjustment for optimum cooling of the cylinder to achieve in all situations.
We recommend to use at least one 150cc one cylinder head or cylinder head tuning, because they have larger valves and a larger combustion chamber. This performance continues to rise and there is more mixture into the combustion chamber, which is keeping the engine cool too. When using the original 125cc cylinder head we suggest in addition a cylinder base to use.

To assemble sure to use the supplied Bottom gaskets.

The set is suitable for original Crankshaft 125/150cc 152QMI 157QMJ (57.8 mm stroke), depending on the need for tuning crankshafts crankshaft possibly a Aluminiumspacer mounted under the barrel prevents the piston from striking the cylinder head.

The cylinder has exactly 155ccm at 58.5mm. Our data are rounded to 160cc.
